Pathetic delivery experience

Books are good but the order experience was pathetic, I did pre paid order and for whole 1 month there was no response, no update ,no delivery. I tried email, instagram but no one acknowledged. I was thinking I was scammed, that much worst was your delivery process. Please seriously work on it.
