Customer support

I received the Hindi edition of the books, while I wanted the Marathi edition. I contacted Westland Books multiple times through WhatsApp and email regarding an exchange, but unfortunately, I did not receive a proper response or resolution.

I understand that the Hindi edition may have been selected accidentally while placing the order, but the books are unused and I requested an exchange to the Marathi edition, even offering to pay any applicable price difference.

I hope Westland Books improves its customer support and responds to such requests more promptly.
