Timeless Tales - (Hindi)

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I ordered a book on 4 October, and today is 21 October, but I have still not received my order (Order #WK48123)

To make matters worse, the tracking information indicates that the product has been delivered to someone at a different address, in a different city, and to a different home—not to me.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for the book, but it has not been delivered to my address. How can an order be marked as delivered when the actual customer has not received it?

This situation raises serious concerns about your delivery process and the handling of customers' money. It is extremely frustrating to wait for more than two weeks, only to discover that the product has apparently been delivered to someone else.

I request that you investigate this matter immediately and provide one of the following resolutions:

Deliver the book to my correct address without any further delay, or

Issue a full refund if you cannot fulfil the order.

Please treat this complaint as urgent and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong, along with a resolution at the earliest. I expect a prompt response rather than a generic reply stating that the order has been delivered.

Great set of books. Great art. Great quality.
One star deducted because the books are too short. I expected them to be a little thicker based on the ads. But no complaints otherwise. Great gift fot the kids.
